The item(s) must be in unused, unopened condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for a refund.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation email, packing slip, or receipt.
Note: Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Refund

Ship the Item(s) Back: Package the eligible item(s) securely, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship them back to us using the recommended shipping method. Please retain the shipping tracking number for your records.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) to confirm they meet our refund eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution, typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days after processing.
4. Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the eligible item(s). Since we offer free shipping on all orders, no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where you received free shipping due to a promotional offer and are returning only part of the order (in such cases, the proportional shipping cost may be deducted).
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement (at your option) at no additional cost to you. We may request the damaged item to be returned to us for inspection.
